30-day returns
Not happy with your Puddlio? You can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us at henrydh715@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address.
- Send the umbrella back unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.
- Once it arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Returns sent without emailing us first can't be accepted.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
If your umbrella arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a replacement for free. You don't need to send the faulty one back.
1-year warranty
Your Puddlio is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
